Your time is running out from the moment you start your day from 9am to 5pm
Customers queue up to share their stories with you because they want to apply for a loan
Interview customers by ‘ASKing’ questions and then ‘DECIDE’ if they are a quality client
A pile of ‘FOLDERS’ will be opened for these quality client where you can access their personal information
‘CONTACT’ them to request for supporting documents (or FIRE them if you have a change of mind)
Once all supporting documents are collected then you can return to the main screen and access your ‘computer’ to submit the loan application
You can manage your pipeline by checking both tabs for the clients you’re dealing with AND the loan applications you have submitted to the bank
Hint: high quality submissions will have a faster result (and of course, an approval)
